Contains: Half a cow. 'Carcass's can be cut to your specification'.
Our standard carcass's are cut into:
- Steaks -> Sirloin, Rump, Fillet and Ribeye
- Joints -> Brisket, Topside/Silverside
- Others -> Mince, Burgers, Braising Steak, Stewing Steak, Bones and Fat
All Beef is left to hang for a minimum 21 days.
Estimated Carcass weights -> 110kg - 170kg+
Half a cow is £7 per kilogram. Please note the price listed is a deposit which covers the butchering costs for the carcass. A member of our team will notify you once payments have been confirmed, and will organise any specifications !!
